Phnom Penh, April 30, 2011 AKP –Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister H.E. Hor Namhong has expressed his hope that the International Court of Justice (ICJ) will interpret the Court’s judgment of 1962 on the case concerning the Temple of Preah Vihear in two or three months.
