Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen addresses the audiences here on Tuesday while he was presiding over the 148th Anniversary of World RedCross and Red Crescent Day.

On the occasion, Premier Techo Hun Sen said Cambodia has suffered some 50,000 artillery shells of 105mm and 155mm by Thai troops which forced more than 40,000 Cambodians to flee their homes during the large-scale war broke out in Cambodia’s Oddar Meanchey province since April 22.
