Lok Chumteav Bun Rany Hun Sen Addresses The World Red Cross Day
Cambodian Red Cross President Lok Chumteav Dr. Bun Rany Hun Sen delivers her speech in Phnom Penh on Tuesday during the 148th Anniversary of World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day.

Also on the occasion, Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen and Lok Chumteav Dr. Bun Rany Hun Sen receive a total of USD 9 millions from local and foreign charities who have contributed their fund for the cause of humanitarian activities.
